Schenley Heights Community Development Program Supporting the Needs of Children in Pittsburgh Summer is almost here and it is almost time for our Annual Jazz on the Hillside fundraising event. The date for this year’s event is Friday, June 22 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., on the lawn of the Schenley Heights Community Development Program Multi-Purpose Center, 3171 Ewart Drive. The rain location will be Milliones University Prep School.Please join us for an enjoyable evening of listening to the sounds of Pittsburgh’s greatest jazz artists. Tickets are now available for purchase for a donation of $35.00 of great food and wonderful entertainment. Proceeds from this event support various Schenley Heights Community Development Programs including:
- After School Tutorial Enrichment Program (A-STEP)
- Summer Enrichment Program (SEP)
- NADIA track and field program
- Project LEARNS at Weil Elementary School
- Community LEARNS at Schenley High School
- Parent support groups
