Annual Summer Picnic
Tuesday, July 2nd 10AM – 1PM The Center will be holding its annual Summer Picnic at Shelter 2 of the Center Municipal Park. Come enjoy a day in the sun with bingo, fun games, prizes, and a picnic lunch! Tickets are only $5 and includes lunch and 4 bingo cards per player. Please sign up at the front desk in the Center.
Senior Day at the Mall
Wednesday, July 10th 10AM – 12PM The Beaver County Office on Aging and the Center invite you to join us for a summer BBQ Picnic themed Senior Day at the Mall. There will be 20+ vendors, giveaways, hot dogs for sale, and DJ & Karaoke entertainment provided by Don & Bobbi Lynne Ambrass. Sport your cool shades & sun hats for summertime fun.
Birthday Lunch Celebration
Thursday, July 11th 11:30AM – 12:15PM Special birthday lunch and dessert with entertainment by “Johnny”! Bonanza Bingo Thursday, July 18th 12:15 – 2PM Bingo, giveaways, snacks, raffles, and big cash prizes! This summer’s bonanza bingo promises to be a blast. Buy in by purchasing 17 50/50 tickets or for $20.
Summer Flea Market & Bake Sale
Monday, July 22nd – Friday, July 26th Stop by the Center and find a hidden treasure or two at our annual Flea Market! The Center is still accepting donations of new or gently used items (no clothing) until Monday, July 15th. Bake Sale items will also be needed on Monday, July 22nd.
Dinner and a Movie
Wednesday, July 24th 4 – 6PM Enjoy the classic comedy movie “Rat Race” on the big screen and a dinner for $3.
Lunch and Learn (Medicare Information) w/Ritter Insurance Marketing
Monday, July 29th 12 – 1PM Learn about Medicare changes and insurance plans. Suggested donation of $3 for ages 60+/$6 charge for ages 59 and under. Includes lunch and banana split dessert. Sign up in advance in the Congregate Area, seating is limited.
Rivers Casino Trip
Tuesday, July 30th 9AM – 4PM Bus departs from the former Macy’s Parking Lot at 9AM and is expected to return around 4PM. Cost is $30/person including $30 in play money.
