The Franklin Center Presents the Annual Aliquippa Art and Music Festival

The Aliquippa Art and Music Festival is just a few weeks away, September 10th through the 12. You are invited to join in the fun, and it’s all FREE!
The first event is

An Evening at Tiffany’s

Thursday, September 10th 6 – 8 P.M. at the Franklin Center Multipurpose Facility, 464 Franklin Avenue Aliquippa, PA 15001.

You are invited to the Artists’ Reception and the kickoff of a 3-Day Art Exhibit showcasing the visual art works of local/regional artists. Thanks to the generosity of the American Cancer Society, there will also be genuine African sculptures and art on display for your enjoyment. The theme for this event, An “Evening at Tiffany’s” was inspired by a film that featured the music of Aliquippa native, Henry Mancini. The Mancini Academy Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Grammy Award Winner Eric DeFade, will be providing the music for the evening.

An Evening of Jazz

Friday, September 11th 7 – 9 P.M. at the Uncommon Grounds Café, 380 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001.

The Franklin Center of Beaver County, Inc. is proud to be partnering with the Uncommon Grounds Café to provide yet another opportunity to enjoy an evening of great jazz! The nationally renowned jazz vocalist Janine Gilbert-Carter will perform. Weather permitting, seating will be available in the garden.

ALIQUIPPA ART AND MUSIC FESTIVAL

Saturday, September 12th 10 A.M. – 9 P.M. on Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa PA

Please join the Franklin Center of Beaver County, Inc. for an entire day of music, art, great food and much much more!

The Art Gallery will be open from 11 A.M. – 8 P.M.

The Parade will begin at 10 A.M. featuring Grand Marshall Ron Cuspard!
