As you know, The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Beaver County, RSVP assists locally with recruiting volunteers. For various reasons, sometimes volunteers can only help in their own towns to make a difference. Because of that, RSVP started “Volunteers Bloom in Your Neighborhood”, a community based project that we hope will blossom in all 15 river town boros! 

The qualifications are very simple: whether you have five minutes or five hours, there are countless ways to give back and all click to continue
