Emmaus, CCAC and Others Host Job Fair

 More than 30 agencies plan fair in South Side to spread the word about job opportunities in the human services field

On November 15, 2011, the Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh, in conjunction with CCAC and local providers of human services, will be hosting a job fair at the I.B.E.W. in the South Side, from 10 am – 3 pm. More than 30 agencies that provide human services in the Pittsburgh region will be in attendance, sharing information about employment opportunities, accepting applications, and conducting on-site interviews. Full-time and part-time positions are available, including a variety of shifts. Education requirements range from GED to PhD. Participants include such agencies as Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh, Wesley Spectrum Services, Mainstay Life Services, Milestone Centers, Inc., Invision Human Services, NHS Human Services, Goodwill of SWPA, Sharp Visions, Step By Step, Allegheny Family Network, Family Services of Western PA, and Pressley Ridge. Free parking and refreshments will be available to job-seekers.
