New Youth Business Incubator in Beaver County

The Beaver County Youth Entrepreneurship Collaborative is pleased to announce the formation of its Youth Business Incubator, which is designed to provide intensive support to pre-teen and teen entrepreneurs who wish to officially launch their businesses.  There are very few youth business incubators in the country and we are proud to be able to offer this opportunity to the youth who have progressed throughout our summer Biz Camps.  In addition to immersion in the business creation process, the Incubator experience will provide several retail events, a match to a one on one business mentor through our E Club program, access to venture capital (investors), and the opportunity to participate in the Regional Business Plan competition in May.  Special parent sessions will be offered to help you support your child in the adventure of business creation.

This program is open to any youth who has taken a summer Biz Camp in the last four years OR any youth who is currently running their own business.

All meetings will take place on the campus of the Community College of Beaver County on Saturday mornings twice a month.  The first session will take place on October 22nd, 2011.

The Beaver County Youth Entrepreneurship Collaborative is a Franklin Center Program.  If you have any questions or to register your teenager, please do not hesitate to contact Sandra Curry at 724-378-2882.
