KDKA’s Jennifer Antkowiak to Present Free Workshop for Caregivers
“Take Care Tips” will help caregivers take care of themselves
Jennifer Antkowiak – KDKA TV news anchor, author, mom, and caregiving coach – will present “Take Care Tips: How to Care for Yourself While You’re Caring For Others” on May 10, 2012 at Valley Care Adult Day Services, 650 Cherrington Parkway, Moon Township, PA 15108. Registration will be from 9:30 a.m. – 10 a.m., with the presentation running from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Ms. Antkowiak will share her own caregiving story, as well as insights, advice, and strategies caregivers can incorporate into their own lives to help reduce stress and increase happiness.
