WOW! I’m still soaring from the FABULOUS Inspired Women’s Conference held Friday, June 10th at Four Points by Sheraton in Mars/Cranberry!!! The entire experience was – well, INSPIRING!!! Just spending time together with these amazing speakers and enthusiastic attendees was a boost to any woman’s engine!
If you missed it, I’m so sorry – because this was a day of investing in yourself and the dividends will be LONG LASTING! The Fearless Women panel was profoundly candid in sharing their remarkable life journeys – ordinary women who have responded in extraordinary ways to their life challenges! The breakout sessions offered something for everyone – fit, fun, and fabulous at any age; fearless parenting for the young and not-so-young boomerang children; the elephant in the pink tutu (now there’s a visual to make you stand out in the business world!); purpose, passion and a paycheck; social media and are you googleable?…
Gals, I could go on and on, but the end result was equipping and releasing women to become the amazing people we are designed to be. Yes, we’ve come a long way, baby, but the BEST is yet to come…and the ladies who attended this conference are revving their engines to move on! YOU GO, GIRLS!!!
A HUGE AND SINCERE THANK YOU to all who supported Treasure House Fashions through the Silent Auction, both donors and bidders. We had amazing baskets, and I hope the auction winners are enjoying their “treasures” as much as we are deeply appreciating the money raised to support our mission of promoting the dignity and self-esteem of women in transition and/or crisis.
We’ve posted our “What Will You Do to Keep the Wheels Turning?” campaign on our website. The flyer identifies levels of underwriting gift certificates, and we hope you will embrace the challenge to extend your support to the women we serve.
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT OUR MISSION:

- Donate your clothing – in season, clean with no rips or stains, not “too loved”, and preferably on hangers
- Have a Girls’ Night Out with your ladies group – an after-hours shopping excursion
- Did I mention VOLUNTEER???
