A yellow Labrador retriever with the energy usually associated with the breed, Gracie would love to meet you and your family. She greets everyone enthusiastically, wagging her tail as soon as she sees a new friend. Not only is she a friendly, nice-looking dog, but she’s smart, too. She knows some basic commands such as sit, lie down, and shake a paw.
She enjoys her food very much and is a bit concerned that someone may take it away from her. For this reason, Animal Friends recommends that any children in Gracie’s new home should be over the age of 12. Older children would have a great time training and playing with her.
Gracie likes the other dogs she has met at Animal Friends. With her endless enthusiasm and bounciness, it appears that she would like to run and romp with them as well. If you don’t have another dog, she won’t mind – just be sure to have a few tennis balls for her playtime.
