Valley Care Association prides itself on helping older adults and their families connect with the services and information they need to remain independent, active, and strong. This spring, we are launching a series of free educational workshops to bring the latest information about aging to the community.

This fun and interactive workshop for older adults will give you lots of useful tips about how to make your home safer. Led by Home Safe Home program coordinator John Seitz and Cara Bobish BSN, RN along with Barbara Nichols MSN, CRNP from HCR ManorCare Greentree, this presentation will help you identify potential safety hazards in and around your home. You will also learn important fall prevention strategies and how to move around your home more easily.
