Strong Women Program to Live Healthy Lifestyles

Women need to take time for themselves.  Most women wear multiple hats: taking care of families, working, volunteering for church and civic groups, and giving back to their local communities.  Penn State Cooperative Extension is pleased to offer the “Strong Women” program designed to teach, support, and encourage women to live healthy and active lifestyles.

            The Strong Women program will be offered in two Beaver County locations – Bradys Run Park, 526 Bradys Run Road, Beaver Falls and the Center at the Mall at the Beaver Valley Mall (near Sears) .  Free informational sessions will be conducted at the Center at the Mall site on September 6th at 4:45 pm and at the Beaver Falls site on September 8th at 5 pm.  Classes will be Continue Reading
