Lawrence County Community Action Partnership has started a program called Regional Employment Transportation Coordination. This free information service is open to everyone in Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Mercer counties. There are no eligibility requirements, so don’t hesitate to call us if you are having a problem finding appropriate transportation. The number is 724-658-7258, ext. 1410, or toll-free at 1-888-252-5104. Our main interest is in helping job seekers and employed individuals find the best transportation to get to a job site, but we will gladly try to help anyone with any transportation question. We are also willing to take the time to do all we can to help people with special needs find appropriate transportation. Of course we can’t solve every problem but we just might be able to provide you with some information that will help.
