A resistance training program to increase strength, flexibility, and balance

FEE: $95 for 12 weeks OR two payments of $50 prior to class and prior to week 6


A program that emphasizes feelings of hunger and fullness to manage weight 
Free Informational Session

A program that focuses on controlling blood sugars to reduce complications of diabetes 
and includes taste testing of various recipes
