Summertime is often thought of as a special occasion to spend quality time with our families, but for some children it can be a scary, lonely and sad time.
There are children who don’t get to spend the summer vacationing, playing, and visiting family and friends. They may not have a family of their own or their family can’t care for them.
We at CASA Beaver County think our own children and families are very important.
We also think advocating for Beaver County children who are abused and neglected is just as important.
If you have a special place in your heart and a desire to speak out on behalf of abused and neglected children, you are just what we are looking for to volunteer and join our family of child advocates.
The requirements are simple and we will provide you with the training and skills you need to be the “Voice” of an abused child.
