Who is Tiger Pause Youth Ministry?
We are a nonprofit organization that has many different arms for serving young people and ministering to the community of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. The organization’s singular mission of “Redeeming Lives, Building Leaders, Transforming Communities” through the love of Christ undergirds all that we do and unites all our efforts.
After-school Programs
Through our after-school programs, we mentor and tutor approximately 150 elementary through middle school age students at five different locations in Beaver Falls. During that time, children are helped with homework, taught life skills, receive a balanced meal and are shown the love of Christ.
Tiger Pause Furniture Bank
The Tiger Pause furniture bank at 1160 Seventh Avenue recently launched an exciting new program called Work 4 Stuff. Understanding the need to minister to the entire family and the larger community, this program is an opportunity for families and individuals who have furniture or appliance needs to work for the items that have been donated to the furniture bank. Families in need receive items by working to help the community or ministry, while maintaining their dignity and self-sufficiency.
The Beez Café
The Beez Café is another central location for our ministry, located at 1130 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA. This location offers a relaxing atmosphere for church groups, ministries, book clubs, Bible studies, art classes, and others to meet and fellowship.

Hello! My name is Gwen Ward and I am a sophomore at Geneva College in
Beaver falls, PA. I am in a Visual Story Telling class here and our
project is to give prospective students a glimpse of interesting things in
and around Beaver County. My group and I have given the task of going in
depth with local coffee shops and we found The Beez Cafe to be a prime spot
to highlight! If it is alright with you we would like to do an episode on
The Beez Cafe. We were thinking of coming to the cafe and shooting a little
bit outside of the shop while giving history on it. We would then hope to
come inside and get some shots inside and buy one of your specialty drinks
to give the viewers something to go off of. It is also our hope to get an
interview with the manager or owner and to interview some of the
customers, whether this be impromptu or a planned interview. If the
scenario I described is alright with you, I would love to setup a date and
time that is convenient for you to do all of this. If you have any
questions or concerns you can email me back or call me! Thanks!
With Thanks,
Gwen Ward
