Making a Difference in the Lives of Young Children

 Focus On Renewal, a nonprofit organization located in McKees Rocks, PA develops and implements holistic services to meet the diverse needs of individuals.  One of the many projects at this organization is the Butterfly Garden Early Learning Center.

Children who attend Butterfly Garden Early Learning Center are exploring the Pittsburgh area this summer, thanks to a $5,000 grant from The Child Health Association of Sewickley. The children are swimming at local pools, taking field trips and visiting local attractions, such as the Father Ryan Arts Center.

The Butterfly Garden program at Focus On Renewal is a literacy-based early learning center that provides early childhood education and care to children from 6 weeks old to the third grade.
