How to Improve Together We Flourish

Hi Everyone,

My thoughts for this week are really quite simple.  I’d like to hear your thoughts.  This blog is still quite young and my intent is that it will always be a work in progress.  I have a couple of questions:

  • What types of information would you like to see in addition to being able to share information about your organization and your mission?
  • Would you like to see more links to organizations geared to helping the nonprofits to improve, and if so, do you have any examples to offer?
  • Do links to blogs that are providing information on social media, marketing tips and public relations interest you?
  • Should this type of information be part of Together We Flourish or would you prefer an e-letter?
  • Visually, do you have any suggestions how Together We Flourish looks?
  • Have you, or are you willing to put a link on your website for Together We Flourish?  If the answer is no, why not?

Please don’t hesitate to be honest with your answers.  As you get to know me, you will understand that I believe that growth occurs through open and honest interaction.

I do have an article that I found in The Philanthropy Journal, http://www.philanthropyjournal.org/resources/marketingcommunications/most-important-part-social-media-strategy.  Michael Puican talks about how he sees social media playing a role in the nonprofit community.  Please take a moment to review it.  Perhaps it will give you some ideas about how to better utilize the service that Together We Flourish is offering.

Remember, this blog is for you.  Please help me to make it the best it can be.
